Neck pain or discomfort is something we all endure at times in our life. It can be caused by a sudden traumatic injury (such as an automobile accident) or can be caused gradually until it begins affecting your everyday activities. The most common cause of a slow onset we see is from office workers spending too much time on computers.
Massage addresses the core problem to most neck problems by relaxing the muscles of the neck and its surrounding muscles. In most neck pain cases, our massage techniques target the anterior and posterior neck muscles in addition to the upper back and shoulder muscles. Often times, we also massage the jaw areas, which commonly tighten due to the stress caused by pain.
